F9E1Long drain condition - the dishwasher is not draining. Whirlpool lists checks for the filter, drain hose, sink disposer, and air gap, then a power cycle.

Whirlpool washer codes

F8E1The washer is not detecting the correct amount of incoming water (low fill); the display may also show "Lo FL", "LF" or "No Water Detected". · also LOFL, LF, NOWATERDETECTED
F9E1The washer is unable to drain correctly (long drain time).
