What it means

No drain error - water is not draining from the washer at the correct speed (or at all).

What to check first

  1. Use the emergency drain hose to drain excess water from the drum;
  2. clean the drain pump filter;
  3. check the drain hose and waste connection for kinks and blockages;
  4. make sure the outlet drain hose is at least 60 cm high and is not clogged, and that it is straightened all the way to the drain system.

When to call service

If the washer still does not drain during a test cycle, request service.
