What it means

Not filling error - water is not entering the washer correctly.

What to check first

  1. Make sure the hot and cold supply hoses are connected to the correct inlets (hot to hot, cold to cold) and are not bent or kinked;
  2. open the water valves completely;
  3. check the drain hose is inserted 6-8 inches into the drain pipe and is not kinked;
  4. unplug the washer or trip the circuit breaker for 1 minute, then retry;
  5. if debris is suspected, close the valves, disconnect the hoses, and clean the filters inside the washer’s water connections.

If the code continues, request service.
